BDO Unicon conducted due diligence as part of the transaction to purchase a controlling stake in Talent Concert International by the international corporation CTS Eventim

BDO Unicon acted as a subcontractor of the BDO Germany (Hamburg) project to accompany the transaction on the purchase of a 51% stake in Russian promoter Talent Concert International (TCI) by the internationally leading ticketing and live entertainment company CTS Eventim.
As part of the project, BDO Unicon consultants carried out financial and tax due diligence Talent Concert International. The transaction on the acquisition of a controlling stake in TCI has meanwhile been completed. TCI will become part of Eventim Live — a unit that unites CTS Eventim promotion companies in twelve countries in the world.
CTS Eventim is one of the leading international providers of Ticketing and Live Entertainment. In 2018, approx. 250 million tickets were marketed using the company’s systems. In Russia, the company owns the ticketing provider Parter.ru and Kontramarka.ru.
Since 1995, TCI has been organizing tours and concerts of individual performers in Russia. Among the most famous bands and artists with whom she collaborates are Rammstein, The Rasmus, Jennifer Lopez.
