Sergey has been working for Unicon since 2011. He has nearly 20 years of experience in advising clients in Russia on various inbound and outbound M&A transactions, international tax and transfer pricing planning, real estate issues, international finance and leasing transactions. Sergey also possesses expertise in tax planning and establishment of holding vehicles for re-investing Russian capital, participates in regulation of tax disputes, coordinates legal and tax due diligence reviews.

At Unicon Sergey heads the Tax & Legal Department.
