Consultant career ladder

On this way you will have to go through 6–7 steps. The first steps are an intern and a consultant: in the Tax and Legal Advisory Department these positions are called “Intern” and “Legal Advisor”, in the Financial Advisory Department you can start as “Intern” or “Appraiser”. The next position is a Senior/Chief Consultant, Legal Advisor or Appraiser. The higher steps associated with project management and development of relationships with clients are Managers, Senior Managers and Directors, and the highest position is a Partner. All this way up may take 8 to 10 years, but outstanding consultants can conquer the career summit much faster!
