BDO Outsourcing division in Russia in new cooperation with Swiss Business Hub Russia

The expert community was formed by the partner organization of the Swiss business Hub, Embassy of Switzerland - Osec Business Network Switzerland (year of foundation 1927, 1500 members) with the support of the Swiss Government. Pool of experts represents a data base of qualified experts across the world who are ready to render assistance to small and medium business companies in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In particular the outsourcing division of BDO is ready to provide the Swiss companies with the assistance in registration of representatives’ offices, branches, Russian legal entities, in organization and maintaining of accounting records, payroll, personnel records keeping and management, consulting service rendering, help in passing tax and labour inspections and many other questions within the BDO group in Russia. 

At present time in Switzerland there are locations of the European regional offices and headquarters of the famous international companies, such as Procter&Gamble (day-to-day goods, regional head office is in Geneva), Medtronic (medical technologies, regional office in Europe and Central Asia in Tolochenaz), Philipp Morris (tobacco industry, headquarters of Philipp Morris International are in Lausanne ), Dow (chemical industry, the head business-center in Europe is in Horgen), Amgen (biotechnology,  headquarters in Zug), Cat, eBay, San, Colgate, Palmolive, HP, IBM, Kraft, Amgen, Google, Timberland. Many of these companies have their representative offices in Russia.

- We are interested in deepening of cooperation with international organizations, such as Swiss Business Hub, Embassy of Switzerland, because it is a great opportunity to enlarge the net of our partners in Russia and Europe. In October Swiss Business Hub, Embassy of Switzerland had the first meeting with the experts. At the meeting Oliver Bertshinger, the regional director in Europe, OSEC, presented the opportunities of Osec Business Network Switzerland to the experts and described ways of cooperation with Hub. This was our first event for supporting Pool of experts from Russia for small and medium business in Switzerland and we hope the interest of potential experts to the Pool will grow and enhance business relations between entrepreneurs of these two countries. We are also glad to see BDO outsourcing division as a registered expert of Pool of Experts and we hope to have a fruitful cooperation!

BDO outsourcing division in Russia 
The division is engaged in outsourcing of business processes in the Finance and Accounting sphere for companies with various forms of labour organization and organizational structures. We have the first prize in the nomination “Outsourcing of financial functions” in the frame of the first Russian national Prize “Business Atlantes” in the outsourcing sphere which was organized under the authority of International association of outsourcing professionals (IAOP). The division has a successful experience of development and promotion of calculation processes with personnel of the outsourcing customers. The division employs about 200 specialists and serves over 200 clients. The professional risks of BDO Unicon Group have been insured with Rosno Insurance Company and within the global professional liability insurance system of BDO International.
