Back in 1989, when the post-Soviet market economy was just emerging, a group of talented and ambitious consultants founded a company called Unicon/MS Consulting Group. And already in 1995, our company topped the rating of the largest Russian audit and consulting firms.

Unicon constantly expanded its range of services, inviting new partners and actively investing in the development of its own specialists. The IT consulting department created in 1990 later grew into Unicon Business Solutions whose team successfully implemented many complex projects in the field of system integration. In 2002, the Unicon Education Centre was set up, where dozens of accountants and auditors annually upgrade their skills. In 2005, Unicon founds the Outsourcing function, which becomes one of the leaders in the domestic accounting outsourcing market.

Our close 18-year (from 2003 to 2021) cooperation with the BDO international audit and consulting network helped us accumulate and translate into life the world's best audit and consulting business practices and grow into a trusted and reliable partner for companies around the world.

Today, Unicon is the country's largest audit and consulting group with entirely Russian roots. Our team has dozens of thousands of successful projects under its belt. We are proud of our company, colleagues and history.
