Professional experience

Andrey has been working in IT and business consulting since 1999. In 2007, he joined the Unicon Business Solutions Team.

Andrey has a vast experience in implementing business transformation programs and projects, enterprise resource management and business intelligence solutions, developing IT strategies, target information systems architectures, project programs, project and organisational change management systems.

Currently, Andrey is responsible for managing projects for the largest Russian iron and steel companies. In addition, Andrey participates in the data management and analytics development.
