Dmitry joined Unicon in 2015. He specialises in business consulting projects for large companies and publicly owned enterprises. Dmitry is also responsible for the development of Unicon business in the Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Dmitry managed projects for management of vertically integrated companies (groups) of the energy, metals and transport sectors, and other industries. He implemented projects for publicly owned institutions and non-profit associations (SROs). Before joining Unicon, Dmitry held top executive positions in financial industrial groups. He has vast experience of working as a member of expert councils (working groups) under the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Regional Development, Ministry for the Development of Russian Far East, Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Commission of the Customs Union.
