Irina has been working for Unicon since 2006 and heads audits of telecom, media and high-tech companies and entertainment business.
Irina’s professional experience in audit is 20 years. At Unicon, she mainly focuses on management of projects for transformation and consolidation of financial statements, comprehensive audit projects (including audit of financial statements prepared under international and Russian standards), as well as consulting on and support of companies’ preparation for IPO, analysis and optimisation of organisational and financial structuring of clients’ companies.
For publicly owned companies, Irina implements special projects for review of proper use of budget funds, as well as audit and elaboration of long-term development programs. Both major market players (including publicly owned companies) and startups are among Irina’s clients.
