    Staff recruitment process

    1. A young specialist comes for an interview to the HR recruitment department. Normally, the interview lasts for 30–40 minutes. HR-specialists may also test your professional knowledge (for example, ask a couple of unexpected questions relating to audit or accounting).
    2. At the end of the interview, you will get three tests (professional, mathematical problems and logical thinking tests) which you can write remotely, agreeing the submission deadline with an HR specialist.
    3. You will have to wait for some time while your tests are carefully perused. If your results are fairly good, you will pass on to another stage — an interview with Unicon’s Partner. So, focus all your efforts on the tests: they will require all your concentration — and silence, of course. Ask people around you not to disturb you.
    4. During the discussion with a Partner, you are expected to demonstrate that you have a strong grasp of theoretical knowledge in the fields of audit, accounting, taxation, law, etc. Do not worry if you have no experience: it is your potential that is being evaluated, the depth of your theoretical background and analytical skills. At this stage be prepared to solve case studies in your major speciality.

If you have failed at some stage, do not get upset: you have a lot of new opportunities and this was only your first try. Deepen and expand your theoretical knowledge, develop your analytical thinking, try to gain practical experience while working with other companies and then come back to us. We will be glad to see you again and hope that our new meeting will be more successful for you!
